Caso Miguel – Comissão paritária decidiu Agosto 22, 2005

Não obstante o acordo Benfica-Valencia-Miguel para a transferência do jogador para o Valencia a Comissão Arbitral Paritária tomou hoje decisão sobre o chamado “Caso Miguel”.

A decisão é inequívoca, a Comissão Arbitral Paritária (CAP), reunida esta segunda-feira, julgou procedente a acção do Benfica contra a rescisão de contrato alegada por Miguel em Julho passado.

Só uma pequena anotação: tratou-se de uma decisão tomada por unanimidade! Querem mais “provas” da “palhaçada” que montaram neste processo?
