O Porto (que tinha um princípio de campeonato difícil) já colecciona dois triunfos derrotando o Sporting por um triunfo tangencial (e com o golo a nascer de lance polémico) mas saboroso, invertendo o desfecho da Supertaça. Com duas vitórias apenas também o Marítimo que já na fase da pré-época demonstrou ter uma equipa de qualidade sob o comando do treinador brasileiro Lazaroni. Foi vencer o Boavista no Bessa, equipa que demonstra muitas dificuldades e carencias de plantel.

Outro triunfo forasteiro foi o do Braga em Belém, neutralizando assim um pouco o impacto negativo da derrota em casa frente ao Porto na jornada inaugural.

O Benfica esse já vai com 4 pontos de atraso dos comandantes e depois do empate no Bessa frente ao primodivisionário Leixões empatou a zero frente ao Guimarães, que também veio da Divisão de Honra.

Ao fim de duas jornadas já não há equipas sem pontuar, e isto porque o empate tem sido um resultado muito frequente. A juntar ao do Benfica, registaram-se mais dois com a Académica a recuperar o empate frente à União de Leiria e o Leixões visitante a fazer o mesmo frente ao Paços de Ferreira. Aliás quatro equipas, até agora, só souberam empatar : Benfica, Guimarães, U. Leiria e Leixões (podendo ser seis se Setúbal e Nacional empatarem amanhã).

O Estrela da Amadora esteve a perder frente à Naval mas acabou por triunfar com dois golos de avanço e situa-se no 3º. lugar com 4 pontos.

O resultado ficou fixado quando Raul Meireles fuzilou autenticamente a baliza de Stojkovic após toque de Lucho na marcação de um livre indirecto frontal à baliza, em cima da linha da pequena área. Livre indirecto que vai ser muito comentado, pois Polga cortou de carrinho um lance em direcção à baliza, Tonel optou por deixar passar a bola e Stojkovic que teve tempo para despachar com o pé achou que podia agarrar a bola.

Este golo em termos de resultado até se justificava pela superioridade do Porto manifestada na primeira parte em que teve a iniciativa do jogo e disfrutou das melhores oportunidades: dois desiquilibrios de Tarik pela esquerda não foram convenientemente finalizados e num livre directo (semelhante ao segundo de Braga) Quaresma atirou à barra.

A verdade é que Pedro Proença fica ligado a este jogo. Quaresma teve uma entrada violenta à canela de … e só viu amarelo aos 33′. Uma entrada de Bosingwa sobre João Moutinho (que sorte não lhe ter acertado com o pé) não deu amarelo…

Após o golo o Sporting reagiu e tentou o empate superiorizando-se em termos territoriais ao Porto, que então, já estava mais interessado em segurar a vantagem. A verdade é que o lance de maior perigo construido pelos leões resultou de um remate de Derlei que Helton defendeu deficientemente, tendo ainda visto um remate de João Moutinho, desviado ainda num defesa portista, sair ligeiramente ao lado.

Um resultado que se aceita pela primeira parte do Porto, mas em que o empate também se aceitaria.

O Porto comanda já a classificação (em parceria com o Marítimo) e já tem 3 pontos de avanço sobre o Sporting e 4 sobre o Benfica, mostrando ser o maior favorito ao triunfo final.

Livre indirecto que vai ser muito comentado, pois Polga cortou de carrinho um lance em direcção à baliza, Tonel optou por deixar passar a bola e Stojkovic que teve tempo para despachar com o pé achou que podia agarrar a bola.

Este golo em termos de resultado até se justificava pela superioridade do Porto manifestada na primeira parte em que teve a iniciativa do jogo e disfrutou das melhores oportunidades: dois desiquilibrios de Tarik pela esquerda não foram convenientemente finalizados e num livre directo (semelhante ao segundo de Braga) Quaresma atirou à barra.

A verdade é que Pedro Proença fica ligado a este jogo. Quaresma teve uma entrada violenta à canela de … e só viu amarelo aos 33′. Uma entrada de Bosingwa sobre João Moutinho (que sorte não lhe ter acertado com o pé) não deu amarelo…

Após o golo o Sporting reagiu e tentou o empate superiorizando-se em termos territoriais ao Porto, que então, já estava mais interessado em segurar a vantagem. A verdade é que o lance de maior perigo construido pelos leões resultou de um remate de Derlei que Helton defendeu deficientemente, tendo ainda visto um remate de João Moutinho, desviado ainda num defesa portista, sair ligeiramente ao lado.

Um resultado que se aceita pela primeira parte do Porto, mas em que o empate também se aceitaria.

O Porto comanda já a classificação (em parceria com o Marítimo) e já tem 3 pontos de avanço sobre o Sporting e 4 sobre o Benfica, mostrando ser o maior favorito ao triunfo final.
