Copa America (V) Brasil recupera e está no caminho da qualificação

México 2 -1 Equador

No Estadio Monumental de Maturín, o Brasil derrotou o Chile por 3-0 e disfarçou a má impressão deixada na primeira jornada. No entanto, os brasileiros estiveram loonge de jogar bem e só aos 27′ Daniel Alves (que substituira Maicon lesionado) executou o primeiro remate à baliza. Aos 33′ as coisas ficaram mais facilitadas para o Brasil quando o árbitro assinalou um penalty a seu favor (empurrão de Riffo a Vágner Love) muito contestado pelos chilenos. Robinho concretizou.

No segundo tempo o técnico Dunga fez entrar Júlio Baptista para o lugar de Anderson. Aos 25′ o Chile ainda assustou com o empate por Suazo que driblou Doni mas demorou a chutar e perdeu a chance. Depois foi a vez de Robinho tranquilizava a torcida brasileira já aos 38′ da segunda parte ao concretizar o segundo golo a passe de Vágner Love e ainda teve tempo para fazer o hat-trck aos 42′.

Por sua vez o México já confirmou a sua passagem à fase seguinte ao derrotar o Equador por 2-1 com golos de Castillo e Omar Bravo, reduzindo Mendez para os equatorianos. México tem 6 pontos (4-1 em golos), Brasil e Chile têm 3 pontos e Equador 0.

Amanhã, para o grupo C, joga-se Argentina – Colômbia e Estados Unidos- Paraguai
