The «contract» of the last 30 minutes of the match Spain – Greece without any kind of attack and the final draw that gave both the qualification resulted well because both teams overpassed the adversaries at the semi-finals and now they are going to have, finally, a serious match at the final.
Substitute goal-keeper Sergio Asenjo wasthe heroe of the match Spain-France as the holders Spain finally ended the challenge of France in a penalty shoot-out after a null.
The other match was more emotive with five goals and a ten men team (Pliatsikas was sent-off at minute 61′ second yellow card) Greece got the victory at minute 90 with a decisive goal by Lambropoulos after a corner.

Semi-Finals
Spain – France
Greece – Germany
Comments: Portugal got the first victory but in vain. Portugal controlled the match against Austria and scored the goals that needed but at the same time Greece failed a penalty against Spain and the last 25 minutes of the match Spain-Greece was a shame with the teams keep the null which gave the passport to semi-finals and not willing to play. The ball was played to the sides and back without any pression from the other side and seeing the time run over. Uefa need to do something to avoid this kind of action, eventually changing the model of the competition.
In group B France was already qualyfied and got a draw against Russia without goals. Germany got the second victory in 3 matches defeating Serbia who participated in 3 matches with twenty goals!!! scoring ten goals and suffering other ten.

4. Austria 1 p 1-3
Any of these countries can be qualified yet, but not Austria and Portugal at same time. A draw within Spain-Greece is enough to both. Portugal and Austria needs to beat the other (and may be with an advantage superior than one goal) and wait for a victory (no draw) in the other match.

1. France 4 points 6-3 goals
2. Germany 4 p 4-3
3. Serbia 3 p 8-7
4. Russia 0 p 4-9
Russia is without any chances to qualify. France is pratically qualified unless they lose against Russia and for several goals. Germany and Serbia will dispute the other place. A draw to the Germans is enough.
